Patient has, in conversations with friends, begun announcing they are 'healed' from various past events. The divorce. The dead dad thing. The friendship fallout in 2019. Each announcement is, typically, followed within 14 days by a cry in the shower about the exact same event. Patient will, in the next conversation, still describe themselves as healed.

Pathological Healed Identity Performance is a pathological behavioral condition cataloged by the Institute. It is not recognized by the DSM-5, the ICD-11, or any existing diagnostic framework — and will not be, because it is not a real condition. It is, however, observed in the population with alarming frequency.
In the Institute's formal nomenclature, this condition is catalogued under the Latin binomial Proclamatio sanitatis falsa — a name not recognized by any medical authority but observed repeatedly in the catalog.
