All site content — including the condition library, the prescription library, the Institute branding, visual design, copy, code, and Latin binomials — is the property of the site operator and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade-dress law. Fair-use commentary, parody, and reference to real-world phenomena are exceptions as permitted by law.
The site may reference real brands, public figures, memes, cultural phenomena, and events for parody and commentary purposes. Such references are made under fair-use principles and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by any named party.
