Clinical description

Patient can no longer tell the difference between a weekend and a Tuesday. Cries at the Instacart delivery driver because he smiled. Has not made a decision larger than 'chicken or beef' in eleven weeks. Said 'I love my job' at a work event and then sat in a parked car for 90 minutes.

Prognosis

Permanent without structural intervention. 'A holiday' is not the intervention.

Recommended treatment

No cure. A sabbatical delays the symptoms by approximately two weeks.
